Operations Manager – Fixed Term 12 Months | Part-Time
We are recruiting a part-time Operations Manager to support our work at Beyond the Page.
This role is key to ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the organisation, including finance administration, HR support, office systems management, and general coordination. You will work closely with the CEO to maintain and improve organisational systems, processes, and compliance.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with several years’ operational management experience, ideally in a charity or non-profit setting. You will be part of a small, friendly team based in Thanet, with flexible hybrid working options.

Beyond The Page
BTP is a unique non-profit organisation, combining English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), wellbeing and community arts activities in free, safe, women-only learning spaces.
Our aim is to support Thanet women born outside the UK to find their voice and become confident, active citizens. At the heart of Beyond The Page is our United Mothers project. We provide several groups a week, face-to-face and online, for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together, practise English, make friends and contribute to our local inter-cultural community.
Our community is full of wonderful people from all over the world sharing their skills, knowledge and experience.
We are looking for warm, friendly people to join us as 1:1 speaking buddies for our online United Mothers Chatrooms project.
Multi-lingual and native English speakers are welcome.
